I choose to use Eco-friendly solutions so that the same cleaning result that bleach provides is obtained. I won’t have to protect vegetation, and I won’t have to worry about animals or people. In short, it might save you money vs having to replace any vegetation or any medical issues that may arise.
I use separate cleaners for the house; the concrete drives, sidewalks and patios; the wooden decks and fences, and boat docks, all Eco-friendly.
People prefer a cleaner, non-chemical way to clean items not only for their health but for the environment as well.
I do not currently clean roofs.
I use equipment that is truck mounted or mobile, depending on the service. I will have to use your outdoor water faucet but will never ask for electricity. I'm not afraid to get on my hands and knees for the difficult marks, lichen, fungus, moss, algae and mildew when needed, and I do use the equipment and accessories to the best of its ability.
Since I use Eco-Friendly solutions and choose not use chlorine bleach otherwise known as Sodium Hypochlorite or SH, even pool bleach unless absolutely necessary, or requested by client due to cost issues, it will take a little longer with eco friendly products to perform soft washing or wood cleaning quality of work as you should expect. All work is checked by the home owner when I'm finished and any touch ups that need to be done will be taken care of before payment. This company is licensed and insured and I carry copies of those.

What is power or pressure washing?
Power washing, or pressure washing, is the application of high pressure water spray. Produced by specially designed pumps, this spray is a hundred times more powerful than the typical garden hose. On concrete it is used to remove unsightly mold, bubble gum, and other dirt stains. Wooden decks are returned to the look of new wood, void of graying and fatigued finishes. And on houses a soft wash process is done and the appearance of siding (namely aluminum and vinyl) is greatly improved by removing pollution, mildew, and other signs of mother nature.
Will pressure washing damage my home?
No. An experienced pressure washing company knows how and what pressures to use for what is being cleaned.
Will the chemicals that are used damage my landscaping?
No. Our methods of Pressure Washing and the chemicals we use will not harm your landscaping, even delicate flowers and other foliage. We take great care to leave your landscaping the same way we found it.
Do I have to be present when you work?
Generally speaking, No, you do not need to be home. As long as a form of payment has been handled we are good to go. We do however ask that you keep all windows and doors closed, secure pets inside, and remove items from work areas. This will help ensure a clean professional job every time.
